Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an essential component of our business model, meeting the new expectations of our customers while generating long-term value.

Our WE ACT program translates our commitments into actions, to meet the societal and environmental challenges of our time, while taking into account the expectations of our employees, suppliers, customers and shareholders.

This approach is based on five pillars:

Managing change
Buy with respect and responsibility

Reducing our environmental footprint

Strengthening our employer brand

Act in a civic and united manner

Thanks to our CSR approach, we are labeled PME+. A label from the Fédération des Entreprises et Entrepreneurs de France that selects independent French companies on a human scale with ethical and responsible practices.

CSR at Wolf Lingerie is much more than just a part of our business model. It is a profound conviction, integrated into our DNA as a responsible company towards our stakeholders, our employees, our customers and our environment.

We do not consider it as a lever for profitability or a marketing argument, but as an absolute necessity to ensure our long-term survival. To survive and continue to evolve, our company needs a sustained and coherent CSR strategy.

Partners aligned with our values

We select partners and suppliers who share our commitment to respect and responsibility. By limiting our panel of suppliers to manufacturing partners chosen for their reliability and their commitment to continuous improvement, we are building lasting and ethical relationships.
Our teams of buyers, divided between China, Bangladesh and France, work directly with these partners, without intermediaries.

Tracability and transparency of the supply chain

We ensure complete tracability from the first three tiers (manufacturing, fabrics, and dyeing) and we strive to develop it all the way to the spinning mills and fiber suppliers. We have established a strict policy concerning the precise geographical origin of the cotton used.

Commitment and control of our suppliers

Our manufacturing partners and our material suppliers are committed to scrupulously respecting our code of conduct. Regular audits and certifications ensure respect for human rights and decent working conditions, in accordance with ILO [International Labour Organization] conventions.
Our goal is to achieve 100% compliance among our selected partners. In addition, by regularly assessing the CSR maturity of our suppliers and by evaluating our own purchasing practices through Better Buying surveys, we aim to contribute to the improvement of practices in our value chain.

Transparency

We regularly share the list of our suppliers on Open Supply Hub, promoting total transparency and strengthening our commitment to responsible business practices.

Carefully selected materials

The choice of materials is crucial to reduce our environmental impact. That is why we favor:

Cotton from organic farming

for our products containing cotton, guaranteeing cultivation without synthetic pesticides.

Recycled materials

With a reduced impact

Cotton from organic farming

for our cotton products, guaranteeing cultivation without synthetic pesticides.

Recycled materials

for our products and packaging with a reduced impact on our carbon footprint.

Packaging and packaging

We reduce the environmental impact of our packaging by opting for recycled materials and by minimizing their weight and size. Our efforts include replacing plastic hangers with Kraft, removing unnecessary staples, and making our labels lighter.

Our carbon impact

Committed to a goal of contributing to carbon neutrality, we carried out our first carbon assessment in 2022. We have set annual goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions for scopes 1 and 2, and we are actively engaging our value chain to define concrete goals in scope 3.

Collaboration in the sector

We participate in sectoral initiatives for a more virtuous industry, such as the CSR commission of the Fédération de la Maille, de la Lingerie & du Balneaire and the lingerie collective of Refashion, focused on the circularity of lingerie products.

Well-being of our employees

Since our creation in 1947, attention to the women and men who contribute to our success has been paramount.
Our 180 employees benefit from respectful and motivating working conditions.
Our HappyIndex® AtWork certification testifies to our commitment to providing a high quality of life at work.

Health and Safety

We collaborated with the retirement and occupational health insurance public fund to develop a two-year occupational risk prevention plan. This initiative allows us to improve the health and safety of our teams in France, with results that are already above national and regional averages.

Skills development

We support our employees throughout their careers to develop their expertise. Each year, training needs are assessed and an adapted program is put in place.Internal mobility is also a priority and is facilitated, with 90% of our positions in France first offered internally.

Professional Equality between Women and Men

In France, we closely monitor professional equality, with an index of 93/100 in 2024.
We remain committed to continuously improving these results and implementing concrete actions to promote equality.
Inclusiveness of People with Disabilities

Since 2018, we have been improving the induction and retention of people with disabilities in our company. Our efforts also include partnerships with businesses who employ people with disabilities and internal awareness initiatives. As a result of these voluntary actions, we are able to meet legal requirements and keep our contribution to Agefiph (Association for the management of the fund for the integration of disabled people) to the legal minimum.

FOR WOMEN'S HEALTH

Product safety

To ensure the safety of our products, we are implementing a rigorous eco-toxic approach, including:

  • A list of prohibited substances and products (PRSL) that exceeds the requirements of the European REACH regulation.
  • Regular random tests to verify compliance with our PRSL.
  • One OEKO-TEX certification standard 100 (CQ 1284/1 IFTH) for the vast majority of our products, guaranteeing their safety.

Product inclusiveness and charitable actions

For several years, Wolf Lingerie has been a proud supporter of the Pink October campaign, which contributes to the fight against breast cancer. Each year, its brand Sans Complexe Lingerie undertakes communication actions to raise awareness about the early detection of breast cancer and to raise funds for the Ruban Rose association. Our employees also participate in local charity races to raise funds.

FOR INTEGRATION THROUGH WORK, ENTREPRENEURSHIP OR TRAINING

Product donation

We donate our unsold products to the Agency for Donations in Nature (ADN) who then give it to women in precarious situations.

Integration of people with disabilities

To recycle waste from our headquarters, we collaborate with ELISE, which employs people with disabilities. We also donate our import boxes to ESAT for their transformation.

Employee engagement

We encourage our employees to participate in solidarity or environmental initiatives during their working time, with an allowance of 12 hours per year for these activities.
